mSign

The mSign module is available to system administrators, and its settings depend on the configuration for your organization.

The mSign administration module enables the integration and management of the electronic document-signing service within the system. It allows the system administrator to quickly activate or deactivate the mSign plugin and configure the connection to the external mSign service, which opens access to digital signing functionality.

With the Verify signatures on file upload option in the user-facing part, you enable the functionality for verifying the validity of electronic signatures if an uploaded attachment in PDF format contains electronic signatures. In the Signature verification endpoint field, you can set the service with which you want to perform validation of electronic signatures. When enabled in the user-facing part of the system, this setting allows the user to verify the validity of a signature, if one exists, for an individual attachment on the Attachments tab of a document record.
